Senior Vice President, Retirement & Pension Services Remote (anywhere in California)

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Retirement & Pension Services to lead its services business, overseeing strategy, delivery, growth, customer outcomes, and operational performance. The role owns services financial results and is accountable for successful implementations, transformation programs, and managed services. Responsibilities include shaping commercial proposals and contracts, scaling delivery methods and governance, managing portfolio risks and resources, and strengthening executive customer relationships. The leader will also drive organizational change, encourage effective collaboration with product teams, and build a high-performing global organization. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a master’s degree is preferred. They should bring 20+ years of progressive experience in software services, consulting, implementation, enterprise technology, or related fields, including significant services leadership with P&L accountability. At least 10 years leading complex programs or technology-enabled transformations is required, along with strong commercial, financial, and delivery expertise. Experience in pension, retirement, insurance, or adjacent financial services technology is valued, as are skills in executive communication, organizational change, and leading distributed teams. PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
