Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its finance and accounting function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The role will guide capital structure, allocation, and long-term financial strategy; manage lender relationships and debt planning; and oversee cash flow and working-capital forecasting. The Vice President will partner with operations leaders to assess costs, efficiency, product and facility economics, and capital investments, translating findings into actions that improve margins and asset performance. Responsibilities also include building and scaling the finance team, modernizing financial systems and reporting, overseeing core accounting and planning processes, and supporting due diligence and integration for acquisitions. Candidates should have at least seven years of enterprise-wide financial leadership experience, ideally in an asset-intensive industry, and a track record of building or scaling a finance function. Strong expertise in operational finance, cost structures, capital investment, working capital, and unit economics is required, along with experience modernizing financial systems, reporting, and automation. Applicants should demonstrate sound analytical judgment and the ability to communicate clear recommendations and measurable actions. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required; experience with acquisition-led growth or M&A integration is preferred.
