Fractional Vice President, Fund Accounting, Private Markets

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Fund Accounting for its private markets business. The role leads a private equity accounting team, supports team development, and manages client relationships and service deliverables. Responsibilities include monitoring performance and risk indicators, reviewing periodic accounting reports, and ensuring work follows established procedures. The Vice President will also drive efficiency initiatives, prepare operational documentation, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to client pitches by explaining workflows and best practices. Candidates should have at least seven years of accounting operations or practice experience; private equity experience is desirable. Strong client relationship, communication, and team leadership skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and stakeholders. Applicants should have fund accounting system experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is expected, with a strong academic result preferred.
