Regional Vice President, Food Service & Hospitality Operations Remote (anywhere in Michigan)

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership across food service and hospitality operations in an assigned territory. The role is accountable for financial performance, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable growth, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and efficiency improvements. The Regional Vice President will lead client reviews, strengthen retention, and pursue renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include setting regional growth strategies, developing leaders and succession plans, and ensuring consistent food quality, hospitality, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive multi-unit food service or hospitality leadership experience, including five years at a senior regional or executive level. Demonstrated strengths in financial management, strategic planning, and client partnership are required. The role calls for proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop future leaders, and communicate, negotiate, and present effectively. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to balance strategic direction with operational execution are essential.
