Associate Dean of Graduate School, Online

The Company is seeking an Associate Dean of Graduate School, Online, to oversee and coordinate graduate programs and related activities supporting student recruitment, education, retention, and re-entry. The role assists campus leadership with planning, staffing, supervising, and evaluating academic programs and services, while ensuring courses and student support meet the needs of learners and faculty. Responsibilities include monitoring student engagement, retention, readmission, advising, and certification goals; supporting faculty recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance; and coordinating schedules and course coverage. The Associate Dean also helps maintain curriculum quality, student satisfaction, and compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation requirements. Candidates must hold a doctorate in Business Administration, Education, or a related field and have at least three years of successful college-level teaching experience; experience in a proprietary school setting is preferred. The role calls for strong academic leadership, student advising, faculty support, and program coordination skills. Candidates should be able to use quantitative and qualitative information to assess student needs and improve the learning experience. Experience with curriculum oversight, accreditation, regulatory compliance, and student certification processes is also relevant.
