Associate General Counsel

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide broad legal and regulatory guidance and help build its legal function. The role covers healthcare regulation, commercial contracts, privacy, employment, product matters, and litigation support. The successful candidate will monitor regulatory developments, advise cross-functional teams on practical compliance, and draft and negotiate agreements with health plans, vendors, and partners. They will also develop legal processes, policies, templates, and contracting playbooks, manage outside counsel, and support compliant care delivery and business growth. Applicants should have at least five years of healthcare legal experience and three or more years working with a digital health company, health plan, provider, payer, or managed care organization. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and their application to technology-enabled services is required, along with clear communication, sound risk judgment, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience building scalable processes and working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment is important. Familiarity with value-based care, capitation, litigation, or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
