Campus Executive Director

The Company is seeking a Campus Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and accountability for an assigned campus’s vision, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The role leads campus strategy and long-term development, oversees instructional performance and leadership, and integrates services across functions to support a cohesive student experience. The Director also represents the campus in the local market, builds relationships with employers and community stakeholders, and advances partnerships and regional opportunities. Additional responsibilities include stewarding financial and physical resources, evaluating investment priorities, developing campus culture, and ensuring local efforts align with broader institutional commitments. Candidates should demonstrate experience leading organizational operations, teams, or significant functions, with accountability for strategy, people, resources, and performance. Required capabilities include strategic planning, sound executive judgment, resource stewardship, effective communication, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries and manage competing priorities. Experience in higher education, technical education, workforce development, industry, or similarly complex settings is preferred, as is familiarity with instructional leadership, student services, accreditation, and employment-focused outcomes. Relevant education, professional experience, leadership accomplishments, and demonstrated competencies may collectively establish qualification.
