Head of Finance & Strategic Performance Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance & Strategic Performance to lead its full finance function and advise executive leadership on strategy, capital allocation, and business performance. Responsibilities include evaluating investments, improving unit economics, measuring initiative returns, and building activity-based cost models and executive dashboards. The role will lead strategic planning, driver-based budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis while partnering with business leaders on growth, efficiency, and workforce decisions. It will also oversee accounting, consolidated reporting, payroll, tax, treasury, compliance, controls, and external finance partners, while developing a lean, technology-enabled finance function. Candidates should bring at least eight years of strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including leadership of a finance team or function, and a record of measurable value creation through financial decisions. Required strengths include financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, unit economics, capital allocation, finance operations, and the ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations. The role calls for executive-level partnership, sound independent judgment, advanced data and systems fluency, and regular use of AI tools. International, multi-entity finance experience and an MBA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
