Interim Vice President of Revenue Cycle

The Company is seeking an Interim Vice President of Revenue Cycle to provide executive leadership across its revenue cycle operations. The role will assess leadership structures, workflows, and performance while strengthening accountability between revenue cycle and operational leaders. Responsibilities include overseeing revenue integrity and coding, pre-service operations, clinical documentation, patient financial operations, payer relations, and patient access. The VP will identify ways to improve reimbursement, reduce revenue leakage, strengthen payer relationships, and support technology and operational transformation. A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should bring executive-level experience leading complex revenue cycle operations and the ability to align financial, operational, and patient access priorities across hospital and medical group teams. The role calls for strong strategic oversight, performance improvement, and change leadership capabilities. Applicants must be available to begin within two to three weeks of acceptance.
