Vice President, Data Management & Advanced Analytics

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Management and Advanced Analytics to lead its enterprise data strategy and capabilities through a period of growth and transformation. The role will partner with executive and business leaders to set priorities, build a scalable operating model, and turn organizational goals into practical data, analytics, and technology solutions. Responsibilities include leading data engineering, governance, master data management, business intelligence, advanced analytics, AI, and system integration; establishing enterprise architecture and standards; and improving data quality, interoperability, reporting, and decision-making. The executive will also guide data integration for acquisitions, promote responsible AI adoption, develop talent, lead organizational change, and manage technology and vendor partnerships. Candidates should have at least 15 years of data and IT experience, including 10 or more years in leadership, and a record of leading enterprise transformation and analytics initiatives. Strong hands-on knowledge of data modeling, integration, ETL, data engineering, cloud data platforms, data warehouses, SQL, business intelligence, master data management, and governance is required, along with experience applying AI and advanced analytics to operational challenges. Applicants should understand healthcare operations, business process management, and executive stakeholder partnership, and have demonstrated success building skilled teams. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, information technology management, or a related field is required.
