Vice President, Experience Design

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Experience Design to lead high-stakes client pursuits and oversee its experience design practice. The role includes setting pursuit strategy, shaping integrated creative and technology solutions, leading finalist presentations, and advising client executives. The successful candidate will guide UX, UI, and visual design teams, ensure proposed work can be delivered to a high standard, and develop offerings and materials that support business development. They will also advance AI use in design delivery and client experiences, establish quality and review standards, and manage the practice’s staffing and financial performance. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience leading experience design teams, a practice, studio, or business unit, with accountability for growth and operational results. They should have a strong creative portfolio and a record of winning major engagements, presenting to senior clients, and selling integrated design, content, data, and technology work. Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital experiences, leading both UX and visual design, and applying AI in design workflows and client-facing experiences is required. Strong business judgment, executive communication, and the ability to connect recommendations to client outcomes are also essential.
