Vice President of Nurse Case Management & Nurse Triage Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Nurse Case Management and Nurse Triage to provide strategic and operational leadership across both services. The role will set the national strategy and operating model, oversee clinical quality and consistent service delivery, and improve outcomes and experiences for injured workers and clients. Responsibilities include strengthening workflows, protocols, staffing and capacity models, performance measurement, compliance, and financial results. The Vice President will also lead technology modernization and organizational change, develop clinical leaders, and represent the services in client and executive discussions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of experience in case management or a related field, and at least five years of supervisory experience. Significant leadership experience in nurse case management and nurse triage is preferred, particularly in workers’ compensation, managed care, occupational health, or a related clinical setting. The role calls for knowledge of clinical management, return-to-work practices, triage protocols, and regulatory requirements, along with experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing operational and financial performance. Strong communication, client relationship, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are important; relevant professional certification is preferred.
