Associate Vice President, Fund Operations and Accounting

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Fund Operations and Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle operations of funds and affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with a range of statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements across different jurisdictions. This includes managing valuation, accounting, audits, and tax reporting, as well as handling investor servicing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves liaising with banks, fund administrators, and other service providers, and supporting system enhancements and process improvements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, and be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years' experience, particularly in consolidation. A background in fund management, especially with private investments, listed investment holding companies, or REITs, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of VBA, database, or programming being a plus. They should be self-motivated, independent, and resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment are also essential.
