Head of Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing a scalable finance and KPI framework, developing robust planning and forecast models, and overseeing reporting, liquidity planning, and performance analyses. This role also involves the introduction of modern finance processes, including the further development of BI and ERP systems, as well as preparing business cases, decision templates, and strategy analyses. The Head of Controlling will work closely with the management and stakeholders of the organization, lead a small team, and manage external partners. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should have a strong background in controlling, FP&A, or finance, with a preference for experience in a digital environment. Deep knowledge of D2C metrics and a proven track record in building or enhancing finance and management control structures are essential. The role requires proficiency in working with external accounting service providers, ERP, and BI systems, as well as leadership experience or a clear ambition to lead a team. The ideal candidate will be structured, analytical, possess strong communication skills, and have a hands-on, implementation-oriented mindset.
