Head of Technical Services and Security Systems

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical Services and Security Systems to take on a pivotal role in the provision of integrated security solutions for critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the technical service and support of these solutions, leading a newly assembled team and ensuring operational excellence in line with service level agreements. This role demands a leader with a strong technical background, including a focus on digitalization, automation, and innovative security architectures, and experience in the independent management of maintenance and support deployments for a range of security and building technology components. Applicants must have a background in technical studies or a comparable qualification, with a preference for those with experience in security technology or a similar technical environment. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in technical service and field service, particularly in the area of escalation management. The Head of Technical Services will be responsible for optimizing service processes, integrating digital service management tools, and participating in the development of new service business models. Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, are essential. Experience with security-relevant systems in critical infrastructures, data centers, or highly available environments is an advantage.
