Head of Technical Services, Security Systems

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical Services for Security Systems to take on the overall responsibility of the technical service and support of integrated security solutions, particularly for critical infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead and develop a newly assembled technical services team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements. This role involves independent management of maintenance and support deployments for a range of security systems, including access control, video technology, and intrusion, perimeter, and fire protection systems. The Head of Technical Services will also be involved in the optimization of service processes, integration of digital service management tools, and will be the key point of contact for escalation management in critical customer situations. Applicants must have a completed technical degree or a comparable qualification, in-depth knowledge and experience in the technical service and field service environment, and management experience in leading technical service teams. The role requires very good communication skills in German and business-fluent English, as well as a confident handling of digital service management tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in security technology or a similar technical environment, with experience in security-relevant systems in critical infrastructures being an advantage. The position demands a high level of analytical thinking, quick comprehension, commitment, resilience, customer orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
