Head of Business Design and Strategy

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Design and Strategy to take ownership of the end-to-end business design and execution for a digital gold and multi-asset RWA exchange. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a complete business loop that spans asset tokenization, trading, clearing and settlement, and liquidity systems. This role demands a professional with a strong background in traditional banking and finance, particularly in asset classes like precious metals, and/or a deep understanding of Web3 and RWA exchanges. The key responsibilities include designing the exchange's business and technical architecture, developing a multi-asset trading system, creating an asset tokenization and standardization system, and designing compliance and risk control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with an MBA, CFA, or FRM being preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in financial services, with a focus on exchanges, financial markets, or asset management, is required, along with at least 3-5 years in blockchain, digital assets, or RWA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building business platforms from the ground up and possess core competencies in dual-domain understanding of traditional finance and Web3 systems, business abstraction, liquidity and market structure, and compliance sensitivity. The role also involves ecosystem and partner integration, so experience in establishing collaboration workflows and driving deep integration between traditional finance operations and the on-chain ecosystem is essential.
