The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their mission-driven platform. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, with a focus on owning the full people strategy across a complex, multi-site healthcare services platform. This hands-on, strategic operator role is pivotal in building and scaling HR infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring regulatory and workforce compliance. The CHRO will also be responsible for professionalizing and scaling recruiting, onboarding, and training to support rapid headcount growth, as well as leading change management during periods of growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation.
