Head of Strategic Finance and FP&A

The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Finance and FP&A to lead its financial planning and analysis efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency, developing and implementing financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights. This role also involves overseeing budgeting processes, managing a team of finance professionals, and presenting financial reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or financial planning and analysis, with a preference for those with experience in the healthcare sector. Key qualifications include a proven track record of leadership in a finance role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in advanced Excel functions. Experience in venture-backed environments or startups, particularly in the healthcare industry, and familiarity with AI technologies in healthcare finance are also preferred. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus, enhancing the candidate's strategic financial acumen.
