Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to take on the overall responsibility for operations at two locations, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability. The successful candidate will be tasked with the management of multiple departments, including production, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence. This role involves setting and achieving production and cost targets, optimizing the value chain, and driving the further development of technologies and processes. Strategic and operational leadership is key, encompassing employee development, reporting to management, and contributing to corporate strategy. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a completed technical degree or a comparable qualification, along with solid management experience in various technical departments. Experience in an industrial environment, particularly in contract manufacturing, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process optimization, including Lean, CIP, and 5S, and possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a background that includes shop floor experience. Fluency in both German and English is a requirement for this role.
