Head of Business Analysis

The Company is seeking a Business Analysis Head to lead the strategic planning and development of an analytical platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the rare disease area, with a focus on marketing and sales strategy support, data integration and analysis platform construction, and the promotion of commercial strategies based on market insights. This role requires a leader with a strong background in business analysis, commercial excellence, marketing analysis, or sales planning within the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record in cross-functional leadership and hands-on data analysis. Applicants must have at least 5 years' of practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a Bachelor's degree and business-level proficiency in Japanese and English. The role demands a high level of autonomy, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including global headquarters. Preferred qualifications include experience in a venture company or startup phase, expertise in advanced analytical tools, and a background in analyzing company-wide data, including financial data.
