President

The Company is seeking a President to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of a multi-brand, quick-service restaurant group, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and a top-tier guest experience. This hands-on, results-driven role demands a strategic leader who can drive growth through new restaurant openings, enhance training and people development programs, and leverage data to achieve measurable performance results. The President will also be tasked with maintaining brand standards, health and safety compliance, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, including managing operations across multiple brands and regions. A proven track record in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is essential, as is a strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service. The role requires excellent leadership and people management skills, and bilingual fluency in Spanish is desirable. The President will be expected to work closely with functional department heads, other divisional leaders, and the local finance director to ensure the division's financial performance and operational excellence. Health and safety management, as well as the ability to identify and implement emerging technological trends, are also key aspects of the position.
