Vice President of Finance

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead its financial strategy and drive business performance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for all financial aspects including accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial planning, procurement, and corporate governance. This role demands a strategic and results-driven leader who can influence the organization's direction, shape company strategy, and ensure long-term success. The VP of Finance will partner with executive leadership, provide insights to drive profitability and growth, and lead financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis. Additionally, the role involves overseeing financial operations, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA and/or MBA required. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including 8 years in an executive or senior finance leadership role, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of financial management practices, experience in leading multiple finance disciplines, and a proven track record of presenting to executive leadership and Boards of Directors. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills are a must, as is experience with ERP systems and financial management software. Preferred qualifications include Big Four public accounting experience, a background in regulated industries, and experience with mergers and acquisitions.
