Vice President, Legal Greater Delhi, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Legal to lead the end-to-end legal support for venture capital and private equity investment transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role also involves providing legal guidance on investor rights, governance structures, and investment documentation, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the transaction life cycle. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment funds, or corporate legal roles. The role requires a strong background in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, proven experience in legal due diligence, and a sound knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
