The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead enterprise security, privacy, and risk programs. The role will define the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, oversee risk management and mitigation, and lead security teams and program governance. Responsibilities include managing security incidents, audits, vendor risk, regulatory and contractual compliance, and resilience programs covering incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery. The CISO will also partner across the organization and advise customers, partners, and senior stakeholders on security matters. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in information security, IT security, or risk management, including seven or more years in leadership, along with strong executive-level business and technical judgment. They should bring expertise in cybersecurity risks, security technologies, enterprise policies and controls, and frameworks such as ISO 2700x or NIST, including cloud compliance and audits. Relevant experience spans application security, security operations, incident response, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required; experience with external audits, compliance automation, or relevant security, audit, or risk certifications is an advantage.
