Vice President of BPO, French & English Speaking

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its BPO operation, which serves as a live demonstration of the company's Order-to-Cash technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and aligning the BPO strategy with the company's direction, ensuring day-to-day operations meet service levels and compliance standards, and leading a team of collections specialists and analysts. This role is pivotal in making the most of the AI platform, embedding automation into workflows, and ultimately delivering value to customers. The VP will also be expected to build strong customer relationships, own the BPO budget, and communicate the BPO strategy and performance effectively to all stakeholders. To excel in this role, candidates should have a proven track record in leading a service operation, with a strong advantage for those with experience in customer service, BPO, or credit and collections. Fluency in French and English is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also operate at a tactical level, a comfort with technology, and a curiosity about AI. Clear communication, a focus on quality, an entrepreneurial outlook, and the ability to work autonomously are also key attributes. A degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is welcome.
