Vice President of Quality, EMS Manufacturer

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Quality to lead the transformation and elevation of quality standards across its global operations. The successful candidate will be a regional quality leader with a focus on driving EMS excellence, customer quality, and continuous improvement. This senior role demands a strong change agent with deep EMS experience and exposure to global clients, responsible for defining and driving the overall quality strategy, aligning it with business objectives and global customer expectations. The VP of Quality will also be tasked with leading and standardizing quality systems, overseeing end-to-end quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a strong quality culture is embedded across all functions. Applicants for the VP of Quality position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related discipline, with at least 15 years' experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in EMS. A strong background in quality, operations, and/or R&D within large-scale manufacturing environments is essential, as is proven leadership experience in managing multi-site quality teams. The role requires a candidate with deep knowledge of quality systems, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as a strong analytical mindset and experience in statistical tools. The VP of Quality will be expected to engage effectively with customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
