Head of School

The Company is seeking a Head of School to lead its mission-driven learning community. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and inspiring leader, deeply rooted in the values of Montessori education and the Catholic faith, with a strong understanding of the Dominican charism. Responsibilities for the Head of School include cultivating academic excellence, strengthening community relationships, inspiring faculty and students, and guiding the institution into a new era of growth and distinction. The role demands a leader who can unite the educational philosophy with the spiritual and ethical values of the institution, ensuring the holistic development of every child. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company must be Catholic and hold an advanced degree in educational leadership or administration, or an advanced degree with a significant coursework in administrative studies. Principal certification may be considered in place of the coursework requirement. The successful candidate will be expected to have a deep commitment to the mission of the institution, a clear educational leadership philosophy, and the ability to steward the school through its next phase of development.
