Head of AI

The Company is seeking a Head of AI to spearhead the development and execution of a multi-year AI and data strategy that is in line with the organization's growth priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI use cases, driving the adoption of machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI, and ensuring the establishment of robust data governance, AI ethics, and risk frameworks. This role requires a leader who can partner closely with business, technology, and regional stakeholders to translate the AI strategy into practical execution and who can build and lead a high-performing regional team while shaping the organization's capabilities in this area. To be considered for this position, candidates must have 12-18+ years' of experience in AI, data, analytics, or digital strategy, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programs. A strong understanding of AI, ML, and GenAI applications, data platforms, governance, and architecture, as well as the commercial use of data in complex organizations, is essential. Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is highly desirable. The role also demands the ability to influence and engage C-suite stakeholders across regions, making it crucial for the Head of AI to have excellent communication and leadership skills.
