Associate Vice President, Record to Report Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead its Record to Report (RTR) function, ensuring accurate and timely general ledger operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; monitoring revenue recognition for milestone-based contracts; and maintaining compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements. The role also involves tracking performance against KPIs, identifying control gaps and remediation plans, and driving sustainable, technology-enabled process improvements. The successful candidate will lead engagement planning, manage risks and timelines, build strong stakeholder relationships, and mentor team members. Candidates should have at least 15 years of RTR experience, including hands-on expertise across the end-to-end process and experience leading teams of more than 100 people across multiple geographies. Strong analytical, data management, process documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in standard office productivity software and English. Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools is desirable. A B.Com or MBA is required.
