Vice President of Product

The Company is seeking a VP Product to lead the transformation of the home services landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the multi-year product vision and roadmap, leading a team of Product Managers, and driving the integration of AI and machine learning to enhance the user experience. This role demands a leader with a solid background in senior product management, proven experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business, and a strong commercial acumen to connect product decisions with business outcomes. The VP Product will also be a key representative of the product function in board and investor conversations, and must be adept at communicating with clarity and confidence. The ideal candidate for the VP Product role at the company will have a hands-on approach, be curious, and ready to make a significant impact. They should be adept at balancing short-term commercial impact with long-term platform investment, and be able to work at the intersection of consumer experience, trade-side tooling, marketplace dynamics, and AI. A background in building and shipping AI-powered product features, as well as the ability to grow and coach a high-performing product team, is essential.
