Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on finance leader, responsible for the financial planning, compliance, and operational oversight of all financial functions. This role involves guiding financial strategy, leading budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring strong stewardship of organizational resources. The VP of Finance will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing finance function, strengthening infrastructure, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support the global mission of the organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit finance, including fund accounting, grant management, and compliance, and be proficient in financial systems such as Sage Intacct and Bill.com. The role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of leading and developing finance teams.
