Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its financial strategy, governance, and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial aspects of the organization, with a focus on budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, risk management, and business partnering. A strong background in financial leadership within capital-intensive industries is essential, and experience in multi-country operations, investment projects, and managing relationships with various stakeholders is highly valued. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and possess a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles, is required, with a preference for those who have worked in mining, oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of IFRS, corporate finance, treasury, and financial controls, as well as proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
