The Company is in search of a Division President to lead one of the nation's premier outpatient imaging organizations. This executive will be responsible for a significant portfolio of imaging centers, physician partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives, with a focus on full P&L ownership and driving financial performance. The role involves shaping and executing the division's strategy, accelerating growth through various initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, engaging with the Board of Directors, and will play a critical role in the company's continued growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate for the Division President position at the company is a proven healthcare executive with a strong background in leading complex, multi-site healthcare businesses. Experience in outpatient healthcare, ambulatory services, physician practice management, or specialty healthcare is essential, with a preference for those with a background in imaging and radiology leadership. The role requires a strategic vision, operational discipline, and a passion for building high-performing organizations. The candidate should have a track record of accelerating growth, developing executive talent, and delivering measurable business results, particularly in the areas of same-site volume expansion, acquisitions, and physician alignment. In-market residence within the Southeast region is strongly preferred, and candidates from other geographies must be willing to commit to regular travel to the core locations.
