Executive Director of Cybersecurity

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Cybersecurity to serve as a senior technology leader with a focus on the strategic vision, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with state and federal requirements, leading the design and implementation of a robust GRC framework, and collaborating with executive leadership to embed risk-aware decision-making. This role demands a customer-focused, collaborative leader who can proactively identify and manage security threats to safeguard all information assets. The Executive Director will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the cybersecurity team. Applicants for the Executive Director of Cybersecurity position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity.
