Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its regional charter school, which is dedicated to providing a personalized and student-centered educational experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the academic, social, and emotional success of the students, as well as overseeing all school operations, finances, enrollment, culture, governance, and resource development. This role requires a mission-aligned educational leader with a proven track record in a similar educational setting, a Master's degree, and a minimum of five years of senior educational leadership or equivalent experience. The Executive Director will work closely with the Principal and a dedicated team to maintain and grow strong relationships with the school community, including students, parents, teachers, staff, and external partners. Key priorities for the Executive Director include navigating leadership transitions, supporting the Principal in raising academic rigor, and developing strategies to recruit and retain experienced teachers and staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an authentic team builder, and a visible, passionate community representative. They should be adept at financial management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and be deeply committed to the school's mission of fostering independent, caring, and responsible thinkers and doers. The role demands a leader who is present in the day-to-day life of the school, encourages innovation, and balances collaboration with the ability to make final decisions.
