Associate Vice President, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking an AVP Finance, FP&A to join their team. This role is a key financial partner within the wealth management accounting and finance organization, with a focus on providing financial perspective to the operational aspects of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with business line leaders to establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, streamline internal financial modeling, and own budgeting and forecasting exercises. Additionally, the role involves being an internal consultant for various business initiatives, including report automation, technology improvements, and process redesign. Applicants for the AVP Finance, FP&A position at the company should have 5-7 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a finance major. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel, is required.
