Associate Vice President, Projects

The Company is seeking a General Manager/Associate Vice President for Projects with a focus on ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be the strategic business and technical head, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of these high-end projects. This includes design governance, aesthetic management, master planning, and infrastructure engineering. The role demands a leader with a blend of design vision, civil engineering mastery, and astute investment control, who can ensure world-class finishing, on-time handovers, and optimized project financial health. Key responsibilities also include multi-disciplinary team leadership, budget and financial governance, project execution, quality assurance, and compliance. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering or architecture, with additional certifications in project or construction management being highly advantageous. A minimum of 15-20 years' experience in the real estate and construction industry, with a significant tenure in the ultra-luxury residential sector, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building bylaws, premium finishing materials, and structural engineering, as well as proficiency in design review and project tracking software. Leadership traits such as excellent stakeholder management, command over contractors and vendors, and a proven track record of handling high-stress delivery timelines are essential.
