Head of Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all compliance-related matters, responsible for the (further) development and adaptation of a compliance management system to meet company-specific requirements. This role involves providing support and advice on antitrust and corruption law issues, as well as designing and implementing compliance training programs. The Head of Compliance will also be involved in project work and reporting in the area of compliance. Applicants must be fully qualified lawyers with a strong background in compliance, having gained relevant professional experience in an internationally active commercial law firm or a globally positioned industrial company. A sound knowledge of antitrust law is essential, as is fluency in English and a range of skills including strong communication, assertiveness, organizational talent, and presentation skills. The role requires a high level of integrity, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to high-quality standards. Team spirit, intercultural sensitivity, and a solution-oriented approach are also key attributes for the ideal candidate, along with a willingness to travel.
