Executive Director, Affordable Housing Nonprofit

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its affordable housing nonprofit. The successful candidate will be a seasoned nonprofit leader with a strong commitment to serving economically disadvantaged communities. This role is pivotal in providing executive leadership, managing the organization to meet strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with various funding obligations. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and programs, increasing support from both private and public sectors, and advancing the organization's mission through advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 2 years' experience as an Executive Director for a community-based nonprofit, and a background in managing complex nonprofit organizations. Key responsibilities include executive leadership, organizational management, board partnership, staff development, program oversight, and community engagement.
