Head of HR

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's people and HR strategy. This includes leading end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, acting as a strategic HR business partner, and driving performance management frameworks. The role also involves designing and implementing HR policies and processes, leading employee relations matters, and fostering a positive, high-performance, and inclusive culture. The Head of HR will be expected to utilize HR data and insights for decision-making, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and build and mentor the HR team as the organization expands. Applicants for the Head of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years' of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, performance management, and HR strategy. Experience in a startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling business environment is highly preferred. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a deep knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with outstanding communication skills in English and Chinese.
