Head of IT

The Company is seeking a Head of IT to lead and manage a wide range of IT functions, including applications, digital platforms, ERP solutions, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technology modernization, digital transformation, and large-scale implementation projects. This role also involves partnering with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions and continuous process improvements. Applicants for the Head of IT position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise applications, ERP platforms, infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. A proven track record in managing complex IT environments and transformation projects is essential, and experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG, trading, or retail is highly preferred.
