Dean, Jesse H. Jones School of Business

The Company is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Dean of its business school. The Dean will be the Chief Administrative, Fiscal, and Academic Officer, responsible for providing strategic direction, and academic oversight, and fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, scholarship, and service. This role involves being the principal advocate for the business school, both within the university and with external stakeholders, and advancing the school's mission, reputation, and impact. The successful candidate must be an outstanding and transformational leader, knowledgeable about current trends in business education, and have experience in fundraising, external relations, and community engagement. A strong background in leadership, with a proven track record of success, and an earned doctorate or other terminal degree are required. The ideal candidate for the Dean position at the company's business school will have a successful leadership experience that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and accomplishment, either in an academic setting at the chair or director level or in a comparable leadership role in industry or government. The Dean will be expected to lead the business school in a manner that is consistent with the company's commitment to academic excellence, research growth, and community engagement.
