Vice President, Head of Trade Settlement & Confirmations Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Trade Settlement and Confirmations Operations for its Indonesian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that oversees all settlement and documentation functions for the IB business, with a strong focus on money market and regulatory adherence. This role involves being the primary point of contact for the local business and regulators in all TSCO-related activities. The Head will also lead initiatives related to new business and regulatory compliance, and must be capable of driving strategic system changes to ensure the country is aligned with the rest of the APAC branches. A strong risk and control mindset is essential to protect the franchise and instill the same values in the team. Applicants should be university graduates with experience in similar fields, particularly in treasury products such as fixed income and OTC derivatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and operational risk awareness are crucial. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, and uphold the values of the company at all times. The Head will be expected to ensure that processing is in line with key operating procedures, manage day-to-day operations, and actively participate in local and regional projects. Continuous improvement in productivity and the use of technology to enhance scalability and reduce costs per trade are also key responsibilities.
