The candidate should have a good understanding of client financial needs, be capable of closely monitoring market trends, and ensuring the proper utilization of facilities. Operational risk management is also a key responsibility, including identification, assessment, mitigation, and control. Applicants must be university graduates, with an MBA preferred, and possess good client relationships, communication, and presentation skills. The role requires the candidate to be proactive in driving for growth in key markets and to be adept at differentiating the customer experience through innovative and efficient distribution channels. A strong focus on customer-centric propositions is essential. The candidate should be prepared to obtain the necessary license qualifications within 3 months of employment, which include various financial and investment-related certifications.
