Interim Associate Vice President, IT QA Lead, Trade & Transaction Reporting

The Company is in need of an IT QA Lead with a focus on Trade and Transaction Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading QA testing in the areas of MiFID II, EMIR Refit, SFTR, and Prudential Reporting. This includes owning end-to-end regression testing, developing and executing test packs, and performing data analysis and validation for reporting issues. The role also involves supporting business change, BAU, and regulatory reporting enhancements, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure the quality of the reporting processes. Applicants must have a strong background in test lead roles within Trade and Transaction Reporting, with a deep understanding of regulatory reporting requirements. Experience across different asset classes and with various trading and reconciliation tools is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong data analysis, defect management, and root cause analysis skills, as well as a proven track record in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Xray, and Confluence. The ideal candidate will also have excellent stakeholder management abilities and be adept at mentoring junior QA analysts and driving continuous process improvement.
