Vice President, Fund Finance Coverage

The Company is seeking a VP for Fund Finance Coverage within its Strategic Fund Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of sophisticated private equity, private credit, and venture capital clients. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all banking and lending needs, supporting the structuring of fund finance solutions, and managing the transaction process. The VP will also be expected to anticipate client needs, manage concerns, and contribute to the acquisition of new clients. A key aspect of the role is to think creatively and leverage the company's platform to develop solutions that go beyond basic banking and lending products, as well as to monitor market trends and contribute to product innovation. Applicants must have a strong background in leading client relationships and delivering banking and fund finance lending solutions, with a comprehensive understanding of fund structures and the needs of private capital firms. Experience in NAV finance, GP finance, or other structured lending is preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a desire to deliver an exceptional client experience. The VP will also be expected to drive client advocacy, deliver NPS growth, and contribute to the development of junior colleagues within the team.
