Managing Director, Enterprise Sales

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Enterprise Sales in Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the enterprise segment sales strategy, with a focus on domestic and multinational corporations. This role requires a deep understanding of the Japanese enterprise market, including automotive, manufacturing, FSI, distribution, retail, and digital commerce segments. The Managing Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that ensure the success of both the company and its enterprise customers in Japan. Key responsibilities include a deep focus on customer needs, developing and managing a multi-year sales strategy, and aligning with global and regional strategies. The role also involves recruiting and leading a high-performing team, fostering a team-oriented culture, and representing the company at various engagements. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 20 years of sales and business development experience in the technology sector, with at least 10 years in regional or country-level leadership roles. Strategic acumen, executive engagement, and a proven track record in sales execution are essential. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, be a confident communicator, and have experience in leading transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of AI or emerging technologies. A strong educational background, such as an advanced degree or equivalent experience, is preferred.
