Chief Technology Officer (CTO), AI-Native HealthTech

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in the fintech and healthcare sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap for an AI-native healthcare finance platform. This role demands a leader with at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 3-5 years in senior engineering leadership, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. Deep experience in fintech or healthcare, with a focus on regulatory, security, and reliability demands, is essential. The CTO will be expected to have hands-on experience in designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices, as well as a strong command of modern web and backend engineering stacks. Key responsibilities for the CTO include establishing an AI-first approach across the company, making high-stakes technical decisions, and ensuring the technical posture meets the demands of the fintech and healthcare industries. The role also requires a leader with a clear point of view on how AI is transforming software engineering and direct experience in integrating AI technologies into production systems.
