Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Mexican division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business performance and sustainable growth of the league in Mexico, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability. This role involves owning the national P&L, developing and executing the business strategy in line with the global vision, and leading a multidisciplinary team to foster a culture of innovation and high performance. The Managing Director will also be tasked with securing strategic commercial opportunities, leading initiatives to enhance audience growth and engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants must have 12-15 years' of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, media, digital, gaming, esports, or related industries, with a proven track record of driving business growth and owning a full P&L. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and experience in building and leading high-performing teams are essential. The role requires a deep knowledge of the Mexican market, including its cultural nuances, and fluency in Spanish with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
